My OJT Experience

   As an information Technology student, i can truly say that experience is the best teacher. Learning brought about by experiences gives us a better insight on things and its retention could last a lifetime.    We are required to take On-the-Job Training (OJT) before proceeding to our next year in college. This is to engage us in productive work so we could acquire the knowledge and skills required for our profession in the future. This is also the student's opportunity to be involves in the workplace and more importantly, apply the theoretical concepts we learned in school.    Confucius once said, "If all i do is hear, I will forget. If I hear and see, I will remember. If I hear, see and do, I will understand".
